Hello, I'm R. T. Tita. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my website for my very first book!
I've always been a dreamer, quite literally. For as long as I can remember, I've experienced incredibly vivid and detailed dreams. They can be exciting, magical, strange and frightening, sometimes all rolled into one! They often feel so real that I believe I've woken up, only to discover I'm still dreaming. And even when I do wake, it can take me a while to shake off the experience and convince myself that what happened wasn't real.
What I love most, though, is the extraordinary things I can do in my dreams. I can climb walls, run faster than anyone else in the world and live in beautiful houses I've never seen before. In my dreams, anything seems possible!
But there's one thing that drives me absolutely mad. Why, oh why, does my mobile phone never work in my dreams? The buttons won't respond, I can't make a call, and no matter how hard I try, it just won't work!

Family means everything to me, and I feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people around me. I'm proud of my Birmingham upbringing and Irish heritage, and it feels particularly special that my first novel is set in my home city.
My journey into writing began rather unexpectedly in 2022, during a family lunch when a conversation about books and stories sparked an idea about a young girl and her dreams. I wasn't convinced I could write an entire novel, but the idea simply wouldn't go away.
After plenty of stops and starts, moments of self-doubt and a great deal of determination, See You in Your Sleep was born.
It's my debut novel and the first book in The Boundary Chronicles. Scarlett's experiences are inspired in part by my own relationship with dreams, and bringing her world to life has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
